Personal: I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.

| Ran up Logan canyon and back on the canal trail. On the way back I ran the with Trevor Ball and another USU runner Edwin(a Kenyan 800 meter runner). My total time was 1:15:41. I am still recovering from the wasatch back relay, but I felt okay today. | Add Comment |
