| Ran the Riverton 10k this morning. I had no real desire to race and wasn't motivated, but I did show up. Only got a .5 miles for a warm up, with I needed about triple that. Started late and in the back. Moved up into 4th and then could never get going fatser. Ended up 4th overall with a 40:28. Cooled down a mile with Greg and my boys.

| Warmed up with Greg and Brian Summers, hot morning 83 degrees! A bunch of my boys showed up to the race and two of my girls. I was still tight from Alta last week, and I am out of race mode, so I figured it would be tough, but it ended up being slow! I did did catrch Tyler and Chayse at the end, then Tyler cam back on me. legs were shot and the hot weather made it worse. Ended up 2nd in the Master's though. Cooled down after with Logan Petty. I have a alot of work to do!

| Started 2.5 up Butterfield Canyon and ran down to Jordan River Parkway. First 5 miles with Tim and Brady. I added on another mile on the trail to make 17. The weather was great because it had rained all night, so it was 65-70 degrees the whole way. Calves were still a bit tight. Glad I got this one in. 6:54 ave, and the last mile was 6:26.
