| 7 trail run. Just past third falls in alpine. Started lower falls. Icy patches. Packer hard snow. Maneuvered around really bad spots til finish when I slipped 0.1 miles from finish. Iciest spot. Like someone swung at my legs and my arm outstretched also slipping. And landed hard on right side of chest:ribs. Could not run Saturday the next day. In so much pain laying down or trying to sit up in back and center of chest to right if sternum. Bruise on right hip. Some whiplash. 20:26 to top. 11:33 to road. Turned around at 42:35. Back up from road 11:50. 17 min exactly to car. Last 90 seconds prettt gingerly after fall.
