AM- A little on my own, a little trailing JV, coach laps. Felt pretty good after warming. Team has some "great" plans lined up. 6.68 miles
PM- 15 minute shakeout with the boys. 1.65 miles
AM- Tour de Orem. A little on my own, 4ish with Logan, then a bunch with coaches. No miles with Trey. 10.88 miles
PM- Running around at Divisionals. 1.29 miles
Willis Creek. Snuck something in while at the cabin. Got rained on. 4.05 miles
Ran the new Wal-Mart Loop. 4.11 miles
Lamy's Nachos. New Loop with random B-Hills extension. Felt nauseous the whole time from some Lamy's Nachos for lunch. Tried to keep it under 8 min miles. 10.2 miles
