I felt really slow and tired during this foremaster run. After I felt even worse and went home and slept for hours.

Did some team relay 400s. I was paired with one of the fastest girls named Liz. I had to use the bathroom but didn't have time since my recovery was as long as my teamate could run a 400. I ran 10 and and she ran 9. We took 3rd against all the other groups of the team.
