Pulled my calf doing some skips afer a 10 minute run. Probably could have been avoided if I would have stretched it out Saturday when I noticed it being tight. 1.2 miles
AM- Chilly morning trying to keep up with the boys. My calf was showing some weakness so I settled for less minutes and hit some back grass. I think with a little more time I will be fine. 1.65 miles
PM- Started with the boys. Coleman called me fat or something like that. Then I ended up with the girls because my calf would not allow me to keep up with the boys. 4.02 miles
Wanted to go faster but my left calf had other plans. Ran a sustainable pace. Lucky to be running decent, after Mondays experience I was pretty nervous. Just got to get through February. Always a sucky month for running. 10.03 miles
