Warm, tempo on the track, then cool with the younger boys. Hit a 400 with Jason, 400 with Scottie, 400 with Allison and Sadie, 400 with Maddy. Then Beattie asked for a sub to run with Adri. I ran 6:35-6:40 pace with Alli for about 10 minutes. Then I ran with Scottie for the last couple of minutes of his tempo. 7.25 miles

Ran 2 miles with Beattie then with the boys on the Tinkle trail. Steve PrefonGianno led the way out. I showed the boys the petroglyphs and then turned around and cruised back. I was feeling light headed on the return trip. 7.25 miles
