AM- Fun Washington run with the boys. Split off with younger boys then went out in search of the older ones. Added about 2 miles with Brocklyn. Weights after. 

Might need to take periodically take days off until I figure out this post hernia surgery life. 6.07 miles 

PM- Lava Ridge. A little jog around LR after some family games. Felt pretty tired. 1.53 miles
