AM- I wish I would've ran a little more on Friday but got caught up with friends at the cabin. I felt nauseous all race but I still competed throughout. I probably started out too fast "testing the waters" on the competition. I could've kept the pace for several more miles. George took 5th overall and Ross 13th. Ran a nice cool down to cheer on Star.
