AM Swam 81 laps (just over 2.5 miles) and then ran 4 miles at 8:14 pace. This is my first run in almost 4 weeks (This Tuesday will be 4 weeks). Ran on the track at the jr. high and then west to the JRP. Tried to keep everything very flat. The heel is not ready to run on. It was a bit sore while running and more sore after the run.
