| | 7 hard speed work miles with dad on track ran good in all of them and then 2 with freinds. I ran a ladder 200, 400, 800, 1600, 1.3M in the following times: 37 sec, 1:22, 3:02, 6:16 (my fastest mile!), 8:40. Ran some some with Mom and Katelyn too.

| | 2 miles in the morning and 4.5 in the afternoon. 1 of the 4.5 was a 400 meter time trial and it rocked. Hit all my goals time or just missed them.

| | 1 mile warmup in the school because of the storm then an iron core workout.
Speedwork with Dad at the gym. I warmed up then ran 5 800m intervals at 5:52 pace or better with a 400m recovery. 5 miles total in 35 minutes. I hit the 3 mile mark at 21 minutes during the workout!

Ribgy Lake Meet (2.05 Miles) 00:12:57, Place overall: 12 | | I ran one mile in the morning with Dad to try out my new inhaler before our race today.
One loop as a warmup and to see the course. Ran two loops around Rigby lake for the race. I was second on our team (and getting closer) and 12th overall out of 150+ runners. Speedwork is helping!

| | 5 miles with Dad on the hills at Snake River. 3 long hill workouts and 3 short hill workouts with warmup and cool down. On the last short hill run i ran at a 5:09 pace up the hill in the wind.
