1M run at school for PE class in 9:30ish. 3rd out of all the 3rd grades and only seconds behind the kids in front of me!
Now, I need to run with Dan some more! This did make me very tired for my soccer game tonight and I didn't have as much energy as I usually have during our games. (I estimate about another mile at the game and warmup). |
