High Five Relays (1.25 Miles) 00:09:02
We warmed up with my Dad (who was helping out as the coach was really busy as the event coordinator).
We ran a 6 mile relay race, each runner runs the same 1.25 mile loop around the park and hands off a baton to the next runner. Our team was the second boys team and I think 3 or 4 overall. My team was Nathan, Dillon, me, Ben and Jacob.
I ran the loop in 9:02 for about a 7:31 average pace. This race was a lot of fun! | Comments(2) |

Blackfoot invitational (1.55 Miles) 00:11:08
We ran at the Blackfoot invitational today in really bad smoky conditions from the forest fires.
I ran 11:08, not sure yet of my place. We ran about 1.5 warmup and to see the course.
Happy with the time but need to keep pushing hard and really kick at the end. | Comments(2) |
