We warmed up with my Dad (who was helping out as the coach was really busy as the event coordinator).
We ran a 6 mile relay race, each runner runs the same 1.25 mile loop around the park and hands off a baton to the next runner. Our team was the second boys team and I think 3 or 4 overall. My team was Nathan, Dillon, me, Ben and Jacob.
I ran the loop in 9:02 for about a 7:31 average pace. This race was a lot of fun! | |
