3 half marathons in summer of 2014.  Idaho Falls HM in 1:29!

Short-Term Running Goals:

I am running XC and track for Westminster College in SLC.  I will study Economics and go to law school.

Long-Term Running Goals:

 Run the Athen's (Greece) Marathon with my dad.

Help my college team build a strong program and continue to improve.

3.5 miles at track practice.  Our first meet tomorrow, I am running the 1600m, 800m, and 4x400m relay.

My first track meet of the season and I am sick.  I am tired, have a cough and can't breath well.  I ran a warm up with my friends then we ran the events.

I ran the 800m in 3:02, 1600 in 7:32 and the first leg of the 4x400 relay.  I felt really bad during the 1600m race and am disappointed.   I still ran all my events even if I wanted to stop.

100m (:18), 200 (:41), 400m (1:29), 800m (3:16), 200m (:40), 200m (:39), 100m (:18 into the wind).  TIred now.

4 miles on a very windy afternoon, up to 60mph!

Track meet at Madison.  I ran the 800m and 1600m.  Did not get my time in the 800m.  I ran the 1600m in 6:32 again on a cold and windy day.  Plus, I finished just in front of my training partner this time.
