Shelley invite (2 Miles) 00:11:28, Place in age division: 6 | | Invite day! 17 schools came and I raced the two mile. It was really cold and windy out on a very wind blocke free track. so drafting would be the key. I went out at 5:40 mile in 4th place but on lap 6 my calf started to hurt again so I moved back a bit and came in 6th. 19 second PR and awesome 100 sprint.

| | I went to see the PT today. She says I have some strained tendons in my hamstring and calf. Really big knots. She massaged it and it hurt pretty bad. She said no running til next week and then see how it is doing. So, no racing this week. Hope it gets better, right now it is painful.

Tiger Grizz Freshman Mile (1 Miles) 00:05:25 | | Not too happy with the race, my calf started to get tight around 600m so I didn't want to push. I had a good kick and passed another runner in the last 50m. Still not 100%.
