Twin Falls Meet (2 Miles) 00:11:47, Place in age division: 1 | | First meet today and I did okay. I ran the 2 mile, mile and 4x400 relay. i wasn't supposed to do the mile, but i did so i had the most miles of racing total on the team. My 2 mile was slower then I wanted, but it was my first Hs race at that distance in the wind and I was the only freshmen. my mile was 5:34 on sore legs and I was spiked at the 600 m t finish mark. but I finished my relay was a simple workout but I did a lot with 69 secounds.

| | 7 miles at track practice including 300m repeats. Coach said he wanted me to run the 1600m, 3200m and 4x400m relay this Friday (again!),.,only person running 2 distance events. I want to try for better times these next two weeks so I am going to try to not run the 3200m this week and focus on 1600m, then on the 3200m next week.

My mile was good and I had a PR for a offical race! I had a great push even with getting spiked... which I didn't notice til after the race. Rigby Invite (0.5 Miles) 00:02:30, Place in age division: 4 | | Ran the 800m today but wasn't ab;e to run the 2 mile. I has a pretty good 800m until I sprained or pulled my left calf. i wasn't able to run the 2 but it was probably for the best.
