7 miles at track practice including 300m repeats. Coach said he wanted me to run the 1600m, 3200m and 4x400m relay this Friday (again!),.,only person running 2 distance events. I want to try for better times these next two weeks so I am going to try to not run the 3200m this week and focus on 1600m, then on the 3200m next week.
