5am run around the Louisville bridges 73 degrees but low humidity.  One lap (4 miles) at target half marathon pace of 8:00 mpm.  I end up running an 8:13 mpm.  Then a 15 minute break before a very easy lap at 10 mpm

 

8pm run.  Humidity is down and 83 degrees feels good.  10 mpm for 3 miles
