11th running of the Carmel Marathon.  My first race since 2019.  Perfect day for a race.  31 degrees at the start, clear and breezy.  I was scheduled to run the full, but did not get the training in, so I ran the half with Heidi.

I felt pretty good, but it was obvious that I was lacking the base mileage and speed work.  My feet strted cramping up around mile 9.  

7:23 mpm average.
