Ran four miles earlier, but i could not run anymore because my right leg was bothering me so much. I am going to try to run eleven more now and see how my leg is doing. 

This run went a lot better! I did have to stop several times and streatch, which made a big difference. I will just say after i stopped and streatched a couple of times my per mile pace went from 8:40 ish to 7:45 ish. I feel that God showed me what to do to fix my problem and it works really good. Ran eight miles today and I did not feel like running at all. I did run a couple miles toward the end of my run about 7:50 to 8:05. But that is all my running for today; I am leaving to take my son to leave for boot camp. I am happy but then I am sad. I just pray that his relationship with God grow through this.

Evening: Ran two miles with my son today, my pace was 7:50 per mile. Tomorrow will be my last time running with him for a very long timeL. Thanks for reading and have a great night…

My legs were soar and did not want to start running until five miles in the run. My overall pace was 08:26.25. Thanks for all the comments. I am sad, but in the long haul i know it is good for him. I just need to pray him through this. Thanks for reading and have a Great Day!!!

I felt a lot better running today, but also a sad day for me and my family. My son leaves today at 2:00 for boot camp. I think my running is helping me with my stress. My pace was 08:13.8 and my goal this week is to run 50 miles. Thanks for reading and have a great day!!

Ran eleven miles today, I am not sure what my pace was because I was having trouble with my watch. I can say that my running felt really good today, I think the cut back was a very good decision for me.  I am not sure what to do about next week mileage. I was thinking about cutting again due to the race coming up in November 1.  I could use some suggestions!  Thanks for reading and have a great night..
