I felt a lot better running today, but also a sad day for me and my family. My son leaves today at 2:00 for boot camp. I think my running is helping me with my stress. My pace was 08:13.8 and my goal this week is to run 50 miles. Thanks for reading and have a great day!!

Just think one less kid in the house. Just Kidding it's hard to see them go, and I will feel the same way when my kids reach that point.

What stress are you having. Are you running the local half marathon on November 1st.

What would we do without running, right Barry? Sorry that you're dealing with some stress, I hope everything goes well with your family.

You're high up on the mileage board already, way to go!

Thanks Kory. The stress is from Tim leaving and wanting him to do good in boot camp. I will be running the Just Cuz race in November. Did you get the entry form for the race?

Lucia, Thanks. I am just really sad my son is leaving. I get along with him the best out of all my kids. I will truly miss him!!

Marion, Thanks for adding my son "Tim Amen" to your prayer list that is a very awesome thing you and your family are doing. Keep up the good work!
