Ran eleven miles today, I am not sure what my pace was because I was having trouble with my watch. I can say that my running felt really good today, I think the cut back was a very good decision for me.  I am not sure what to do about next week mileage. I was thinking about cutting again due to the race coming up in November 1.  I could use some suggestions!  Thanks for reading and have a great night..

Good run! Sometimes there is a freedom with running without a watch. What race do you have November 1st?

I do have to agree about the freedom with out a watch. I am running the "just cuz" race in pocatello. What race are you running next week? Also, what kind of time are you wanting to get? Keep up the good running. Sometimes we need to push our self into doing something we do not want to do, but in the end it is worth it! Have a great day!!

I'm doing the half at the Baltimore marathon, so I am pretty excited because I get to go home and visit my family, and my dad is running it with me. I want to run a PR which would be under 1:41:33, but the hills will make it tough. I would love to go under 1:40 but I'll probably save that for a flat course :)
