Ran four miles earlier, but i could not run anymore because my right leg was bothering me so much. I am going to try to run eleven more now and see how my leg is doing.

This run went a lot better! I did have to stop several times and streatch, which made a big difference. I will just say after i stopped and streatched a couple of times my per mile pace went from 8:40 ish to 7:45 ish. I feel that God showed me what to do to fix my problem and it works really good. Thanks for reading and have a great day!!

I'm glad you found the trick. I love how God teaches us things that make our everyday lives so much better. I am always amazed that He cares about even the seemingly little things in our lives ;) Although if I were to run 7:45 miles it would rate up there with the parting of the Red Sea! ;D

Thanks, it sure was a very rough four miles. It was sure hard to stop a workout due to pain. I also think you could run faster than a 7:45 mile, i would say you could run at least a 7:00 minute mile ;). Do you have big plans this week for running?
