Today my legs felt pretty good, overall. I ran a total of 8
miles. Of course on the treadmill, my first half mile I had no incline then the
next 3 ½ miles were at 0.5 then the last four was at a 1.0 incline. My legs are
a little soar from last week but not too bad. I also have my class tonight on
running properly so that will be my only running tonight. Thanks for reading

Evening:
Class went great. I am learning how to improve my form and
it makes a great difference in my time. I usually struggle at a six minute pace
and the new way makes it easy to run. So now I need to practice and perfect it.

Nice easy six mile run, my pace was 8:57. I do plan on running tonight four miles to make my total for today 10 miles. With this new way of running, i am feeling pain in some places i have never felt pain before. But this is a good thing, because i know i am running right and i will be able to run faster :). Evening:
Ran 4.19 miles at a 7:37 pace. The lady i ran with says that her showed Garmin showed 4.14 @ a 7:10 pace i think. Anyway way, we ran on some sidewalk and my leg is a little soar now, but i will ice it tonight. Also, i felt more tired during the run, maybe i need more rest i am not sure. Hello everyone. How are we all doing today? Well, I have to say i think sidewalks are evil to run on. My leg has been really soar today and i think it was from running on the Sidewalk. Anyway, i ran eight miles today at a 08:14.88 pace. I was trying to see if running faster would help the pain in my leg and guess what it did :). Why, i am not sure. Evening: Doctor appoitment went good. My hip was out of place and needed to be adjusted, as you can guess i went to the chiropractor. The problem that i had was the inside of my calf on my right side has been bothering so i wanted to see about getting it fixed before the race on Saturday. I can understand why it was bothering me because my hip was really out of place and needed to be adjusted really bad. So my plan for tomorrow is to run four miles slow and then race on Saturday. Today race was different. I was hoping to do better, but i did not do too bad at all. I was trying to use the new way of running, but it is a lot harder running on pavement than on the treadmill. It was kinda funny while I was running i would pass someone and then someone would pass me. So my overall place was sixth and my age for my age group i was second. I am not sure how many were in the 5k race, but i am thinking around 163 runners. So what now? Well i am glad you asked! I am now going back to my long running; so next week i will be running 50 - 55 miles. I am hoping to run a half marathon in Boise in October. Thanks for reading and have a Great Day!!! :)
