Day off :). This week i have a 5k race on Saturday, so i am not going to run that much. My plan is to run 40 miles this week total.

Hi Barry. Thanks for the congrats comment! I am not sure how many peps were at the race, it's smaller.

Yeah, I do lots of aerobic training... I run 5-6 days/week, I am actually trying to fit in a little more strength training. But i don't want to cut back on my mileage, so it's hard to squeeze it all in.

I think you should run a 10k, given your 1/2Marathon finish in 1:34, I think you would run a much faster 10k! Good luck with your upcoming 5k!:)

Thanks for the comment. I understand that the 10k would be better, but i do not like the course the 10k is on. I think i have a mental block or something. So how many miles a week do you average?

Hi! I average between 50 - 65 miles... it depends on where I'm at in my training. How many miles do you run per week?
