Ran four miles at a 8:57 pace. I am trying to keep my legs fresh for tomorrow 5k run. Now i get to take a ice bath, i am so excited, not. Have a good day.

WIMP! Ice baths ROCK!!! My husband just laughed at me this morning, shivering in the ice bath of DEATH!! It sure helps the legs though!!

I think your husband is jealous. Maybe next time offer to save the water for him. It only takes one time and you are hooked. :) But you are right it should be called "The ice bath of DEATH." and it really does help with the legs. Are you ready for Monday race?

It feels like a crap shoot! I am so afraid to run fast and injur myself again. I am pretty tempted to just take it as a nice easy run and what ever happens, happens! Are you ready for tomorrow? Don't go breaking anything ;)
