| First race in 2 years. I'm now at William and Mary getting my MBA and running along side with that. Coach Fo said to be conservative and hang a few seconds off the lead pack. Did just that but didn't see the moves that separated at 3k in. Felt really good the whole time and think I could have cut at least 15 seconds off. Good opener. |

| Weird workout today. 4x(1 on 1 off). then 4x (7 on 2 off). then 1200 on the track. Didn't feel quick today. Most was on a small field that I just didn't care for. Wanted to go on the road for the 7 minute tempos.
