| 3x3k. Felt decent for the first 2.5k then started feeling tired. 5:17 avg. Then 3 rest. Next 3k was tough especially at the end. 5:21 avg. Then a little more than 3 minutes rest so I could use the bathroom. Then plan was just to do 1k more, but felt like I could go to the mile, then felt I could just finish it. 5:20 avg. Times were 9:55 (ended up being 1.88 miles) then 9:55 (1.86) and 9:54 (1.86). Pretty happy with it. Think I'll do 85 or 90 miles this week. 5.45 in the afternoon |
