| Slept through my alarm, I was planning on going with the BYU team, but then just ran backwards mountain run, then middle spring, and back down on the road. The trail for mountain run is way overgrown which made it hard to go quick. also they were doing some thing up there and had a bunch of rocks laid out and I had to walk over that so I didn't fall.

| did 8x1k today. I was honestly pretty lost at what pace I would be able to do them at. I was planning on the first one at like 3:15-3:20 then try to hold around 3:10-3:15. But it was a lot better than that. I went 3:11, 3:06, 3:13, 3:05, 3:05, 3:04, 3:09, 3:04. Felt like physically I could have done more, my back was tightening up a bit so I decided to call it with that. Happy with where I'm at and the progress I will have.

| Late run because I had a meeting to learn how to make smart investments. Anyways, running wise went up on Bonneville, then looped down by AF canyon and then to Lone Peak and back to my house. Ended up cruising starting mile 6 so I decided to do a nice little tempo from mile 6-9. Then just chill into my house.

| AM: ran at 4:20am. 12.1. Got kind of nervous because I was right up next to the mountain and there were no street lights and heard lots of noise in the bushes. But the sky was amazing, saw Venus and Orions belt. haha i don't know many others so i was happy with that.
PM: 7.5 with Clayson. Plan was 5 in the afternoon, then changed to 6 since I was going with Clayson, then changed to 7.5 while on the run

| kinda weird long run, ran to byu, then we headed to murdock, waited like 30 minutes, then ran. I ran down to PG to watch my sister run. She did pretty good

| Workout with the team. Warmed up 2.5, then did 8x1000, then a 500, then finished the last 1000. Best 1000 repeat workout I've had, averaged around 3:04.
3:10, 3:09, 3:10, 3:07, 3:04, 3:04, 3:01, 3:01, 1:29 (500), then 3:04. I got dropped by like 15 seconds on the last 1000 haha they cooked it in. But I am very happy with the workout. I havent ever gotten close to finishing the 10x1000, but today I did 9.5.
