Slept through my alarm, I was planning on going with the BYU team, but then just ran backwards mountain run, then middle spring, and back down on the road. The trail for mountain run is way overgrown which made it hard to go quick. also they were doing some thing up there and had a bunch of rocks laid out and I had to walk over that so I didn't fall.
