| We had to put Timber our dog to sleep, so my dad and I went to bury him, then I just ran straight after that, enjoyable run going from point A to B.

| a little over 5 miles barefoot on the grass at creekside. then a little over 3 with steven, a high school buddy. while doing the grass loops i did 1 800 fast, i think it was probably just under 2:20

| lol, went into Saratoga for an appointment after work but had about 40 minutes before my appointment so I went out running... in my Khaki shorts and all lol. luckily wore my peg 33's to work today so I had those to run in
