| Went out from my house down to Cosco and back. I had to weed whack before leaving so I did that right after the first session of conference, then ran, then got back 8 minutes before the next session so I had just enough time to shower and get there for the next session. I ended up going pretty quick on this one.

| 4 miles in the morning with Josh, felt super sluggish at first but then started feeling better
10.3 in the afternoon. I think I have a rib out cuz it's hard to breath and my back hurts like it has every other time a rib has been out.

| Went with Kramer on Bonneville and then a mile and a half up Grovecreek. It was quite the climb.

| My ankle was kinda wacked out... so I decided to bike. I went from my house up over suncrest and down it, then turned right around and biked up that beast from the back side and then headed home. It was almost 29 miles and it took me 2 hours and 10 minutes. I felt so drained at the end. It was way hard. I feel like that's got to be how it feels at the end of a marathon. I climbed 1200 feet in 2.5 miles then went down the backside and went right back up climbing 800 feet in 1.5 miles. Not a good idea for someone who never gets on a bike.

| no run, just some biking but nothing like yesterdays. My ankle feels better than yesterday but I think that today would be smart not to run. I'll run a bit tomorrow and bike and see how it goes.

| Beautiful run, but at mile 11 I rolled my ankle again pretty good and it shook it up pretty bad. Most of the time I can just run through a rolled ankle but I had to stop and walk for a second and then hobbled back. gotta get it fixed up. I'll probably tape it up for a few days when I run so that it can't get turned

| started back up again today. I tried running last week twice but my ankle was bugging me and for some reason my shin was too. I decided to not run the rest of the week and started up again today. Felt pretty good today. ankle felt kind of weak and a dull pain but not the sharp nagging pain of last week. happy about that I may try to run 2 or 3 more miles later today.

| ran to the lp track and paced the Lone Peak team in their time trials. the first group of guys wanted me to pace them at 65, so I took them through 1000 at that pace, then I paced the girls at 79's, I did 1200 with them. then I paced the guys for 70's and went 800 with them. good stuff.
