| Ran 3 in the morning, felt a lot better than last week
Much much better workout today than last week... it was a lot easier and I still didn't feel great, but I think I should be ready for the race on friday.
mile 1200 800 400 400. 4:49, 3:32, 2:18, 69, 64. Calf was bothering me a bit, as well as my left hamstring but I think with stretch, ice, massage, deep blue, and tape it should get better.

| Felt awful. Glad it's time for a break. idk what was up but i couldn't run at all. I could have a conversation while racing but if i went any faster I felt like puking and passing out, and on top of that my calf acted up again a mile in. Good race to be done with haha, good to get the bad race of the season out of the way

| Good times at the turkey trot. Clayson dressed up as Kevin (the bird from up) so I dressed as Russell and ran in a scout uniform lol. Seth dressed as Mr. Fredricksen and ran in a white shirt. It was pretty funny when we dropped everyone as we were all dressed up.
Didn't feel too great but ya know, I guess you just roll with what you get.
