good lake loop. plan was to go 5:15 and then run around 5:10 for the rest but I decided to hang with the group, we went 5:11, 5:03, 5:01, 4:52 4:58 or something like that. Felt suprisingly good, probably should have just done the 5:15/5:10 plan but felt like I could have gone a lot quicker than what I did. I just don't want to break at the end of the season.

| Good times, thought coach was just going to have us run kinda fast but nothing too quick, but he had Talem take us out pretty quick. We came through 4:26 and then I didn't really have much motivation or speed to keep it up. didn't feel great at the beginning, but wasn't too bad either, just kinda marginal but I ran a very quick time in comparison to what I was planning on doing and what I thought I could do. I think I could have gone around 10 seconds faster had I wanted it and prepared mentally a little better. super happy with where I was at.

Also i'm 3/5ths done with finals so that feels nice! and I got scores I wanted on all of them so lets hope I can keep that up!

| ran to the fieldhouse, waited for isaac, ran just over 3 with him, ran back to my apartment carrying snack shack, did one loop around my apartment. 4.75 miles lol.
did lake loop for a workout today. My breathing was kinda weird and I was hoping that we would go kinda chill today but coach said he wanted between 5:00 and 5:05's so I went 25:14. Felt like I could have gone faster but didn't want to over do it...
also on the note of over doing... I kinda messed up my mileage and I'm already half way done with weekly mileage 2 days in... whoops.

| felt better then I had while not running so I decided to go run, actually felt alright today. IDK why some days I feel like complete trash and other days I don't feel too bad and then the rare day I feel good. But just happy that I didn't feel like the other days this week. Hopefully it's a turn for the better.
