| 4.2 in the morning, like 8 minute pace cuz I found the pro group warming up for their workout and I joined in the warmup with them.
Workout was supposed to be 2.5 mile tempo, 5 min rest, 2.5 tempo. Went 12:33 for the first tempo, then did a mile of the next tempo, but my back was hurting and couldn't breath so I rested .5 then hopped in the last mile. Kinda dissapointed with my back that it's hurting again.

Found out my brother (who is my roommate) has corona virus so I now have to quarantine so I won't be running with the team for a little bit. hopefully I don't get it too.

| Don't know why but I feel super tired and it seems to take so much energy to run.
8 in the PM. Went out on carterville. Every run this week has seemed so tough, and I've also had stomach issues each day... I wonder if i'm getting sick.

| Definitely the best I've felt this week. First 3ish miles I still felt like garbage but then after I started feeling alright. No major stomach issues today. #blessed

Honestly I was in a lot of pain running yesterday and today so I didn't even know if I could do the workout. Luckily it wasn't too bad. The first one I didn't feel good, but after that the pain seemed to go away some. Its in my lower abdomen.

Race. wasn't amazing but wasn't bad... I haven't felt all that great for the past few weeks. For the first 3.3 miles I was the front of the chase pack (behind mantz and casey) but I think my lack of workouts and lack of good race strategy played out to my disadvantage, Clayson was right there most of the time but wouldn't take the lead from me. Died pretty hard the last mile. Just felt sluggish and like I hadn't raced in a while... good rust buster though.

| 3x 2 mile. I think it was a little short but i guess it's off of effort. Went 9:59, 9:55, 9:45. After the 2nd 2 mile I was hurting, but I felt better on the last one. Also shout out to mantz for bringing me some vitamin c pills to take with the iron.
