| Went up to LPXC camp! pretty hilly run on a beautiful trail! good times, also Kenzie and I beat Coach Courtney and Brylee in spades so shout out to us cuz that's like the first time Courtney has lost.

| Plan was to go more but in the morning we had my great uncles funeral, and i ate a ton of funeral potatoes and later tonight i have a date so i ran right after.... and i decided to do hills so it was just a bad combo from not drinking much to eating funeral potatoes to the heat to the hills. but it was a pretty trail
