| 8 miles. Felt pretty long and I was just kinda done. My wife's uncle kept talking to me yesterday that the way to get fast is to slowly add more weight while running lol (like wear a backpack and put weight in it). Not planning on getting stress fractures |

| Went to deer creek with the team and it was a good reminder that I have a long way to go lol. Got dropped at mile 5.5 (I was going 6 out). I waited at mile 6 for the guys going 6.5 out and hung with them for the next 2.5 miles, and then got dropped. One of those miles was 5:35 so I guess it makes sense i was getting dropped cuz I know thats beyond my fitness level. 6:10 avg with first 2 miles at 6:50 |

| 3 mile warm up (6:20ish) then plan was to alternate 5:35 and 6:00 for 7 miles. On my second 5:35 my nose started bleeding bad so I stopped and then just decided to chill the rest of the long run |

| 8.5 in the morning. Then hiked squaw peak (kyhv peak now) it's about 7 5 miles with 2750ft elevation gain. Pm: 3.25 miles. Legs felt tired from the hike. |

| A quick one on lovers lane to the canyon and back. Was hanging on around 5:50's on the way out and was like this feels wayyy too hard (by mile 2). But it is slightly up hill and lovers is a single track winding pathing so makes sense why I was tired so early. Felt really easy coming back except the mile on lovers again. |

| Felt kinda sick when I woke up and wrecked on my first run. Went on bonneville down in cedar hills. Second run felt wayyyyyy better although the people setting up fireworks kicked me off the grass field by the track cuz it was too close to the fireworks they are launching next week. Kinda dumb. |

| An easy 10. I think a rib is out of place cuz my breathing is funky. Also, saw some former byu runners but they didn't look like runners so I was surprised when it took me longer to pass them.
