I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
am--4.5 Heights in the morning. Heading to Divisionals after school.
am--4 Orem w/ Alison in the nice weather before Divisionals. Pretty good day.
am--7.25 Ivins rhythm run that turned into a tempo pretty quickly. Felt good, though.
pm--5.5 Anasazi a little beyond the creosote. Took Long Winters w/ me. The early 00s were a goldmine for indie songwriters.
am--5.25 Warm and cool w/ the girls and some running while the kids did a workout. Good vibes.
pm--5 Anasazi by my lonesome. Snapped a pic of a sloughed snakeskin.
pm--7 Rim Trails in the heat of the day. I felt spent from the beginning but made it through, if a bit bored out. That's what 30 miles in 3 days will do to me.
