I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
pm--8 Long run w/ some tempo and pickups. Was pretty good.
am--2.75 Lava Flow w/ the whole crew. Felt dead.
pm--4.25 The Canyons in smaller groups. Still felt hollowed out in the legs. We'll see what tomorrow brings.
am--6 Grass work. The soggy ground stays in my feet all day.
pm--3.75 Front side of Anasazi w/ my neighbor. Trail runs in the dark are great.
am--2.75 Shakeout on the chilly bike path. We need to work on running together more.
pm--4.5 Tired run in the heat. I can feel the season in my legs. Guess it's good info.
