am--3.75 Shakeout run w/  striders.

am--6.5 Near Utah Lake w/ Andrew and Bronco. Age is quite a heavy monkey.

am--4 Part of Anasazi w/ Tom. I needed that. I also finished On the Shortness of Life by Seneca. Stoic thinking invigorates me.

am--7.75 Progression run to the Tuacahn roundabout and back. Kids were all over the place.

pm--1.75 Nice easy run up around the park.

am--4.75 Sunbrook run w/ some girls and Jonathan. 'Twas nice.

pm--2.25 Vineyard w/ a good group. The grouping was better until the last 1/4 of the run.

am--5 Shakira Loop w/ a negative split. There were some girls showing more commitment today.

pm--1.5 Easy run around the warm-up loop w/ a bit added.

am--6.5 Grass intervals. The girls looked good.

pm--5 Centering on Anasazi after a day of fly fishing. The weather was absolutely beautiful.

am--6 SC loop on a bouncing tempo. Girls did great.

pm--2.75 Easy afternoon on the Heights.

pm--4.75 Puddly run on the Parkway w/ a biff and lots of laughs.

am--4.75 Hill circuits w/ Maggie, Corinne, and Gigi. Good stuff from them.

pm--5.5 Hill circuits w/ the rest of the crew. It's fun to see so many pushing themselves and getting the bug.

pm--4.5 Country Lanes. PJ just talked the whole time.:)

I finished the short battle book by Epictetus, Enchiridion.

am--5 SC Parkway. Nice little run before heading up north.

am--6.75 Murray Park loops. Pretty nice park especially in the early morning. The temperatures were beautiful. Kids ran pretty well at Border Wars. Good weekend.

am--3.75 Vineyard w/ some light hill striders after.

pm--4 Front side of Anasazi w/ my neighbor after dark. 'Twas a nice evening.

pm--7 Paradise w/ some pickups on the way back. Felt nice out.

am--2.75 Messed around on the paths near the bike park.

pm--4.5 Heights run w/ Abigail, Aspen, and Preston. Felt hotter than yesterday.

am--2.5 Decent morning run but nothing in the afternoon.

am--4.75 Some nice grass running w/ good buddying up for the kiddos.

am--7 Rim Trails w/ Ed Sharpe and the 0s. Nice run in beautiful weather.

am--6.75 Pioneer Loop w/ speedy pickups w/ 1 minute between each. It's fun to see these girls working together.

pm--2.75 Easy run down Lava Flow.

pm--5 Canyons and back. Decent pace for feeling flat.

am--2.75 Lava Flow w/ a mixed group.

pm--6.75 Tempo 3x (10, 5, and 5 w/ 5 minute recovery in between) on the home course. It's fun to see girls pushing themselves. 
 

I finished a cool, moving book, Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close by Jonathan Safran Foer. At times, I couldn't put it down. 

am--2 Bike Park miles. I ended w/ a fun group.

pm--5 Shakira's Loop. Good run even though there was quite a bit of looping back for a couple girls.

am--3.75 Dece run on Pioneer Parkway. The morning weather is beautiful.
