I knew the climb up N County, I wouldn't hit my paces.  It was 100% effort going down 100E.  I had to stop at the light to wait for Kellie.  I couldn't find my mojo again.  And she wanted to talk and I just couldn't hang.  Didn't hit the last 2 miles of the 10 mile tempo or the 2 miles @ 8:30.  Discouraged.
