Running is usually my relief in these crossfit workouts. This day...one of the hardest things I've ever done. I wanted to quit SO bad before the end of each run. Dripping with sweat after this workout!

It was humid and needed to rain more!

Walked a mile
30 burpees and 300 jumprope in 10:26.59. Had to jump in the shower right after that holy crap!
