I've been running up to Albion and back home and having syd wake up liz. My favorite part is when I get up to the school and the sun is rising and I see the lining of  the mountains and a little blue sky. I also like on the way up when the stars are bright. Running makes me feel alive!

HIIT Mama WOD: 21-15-9 reps for time of: 8:09.49 slow but thorough

knees to elbows (on the floor. I don't know how you'd get the workout if you were standing. It's supposed to be on a bar but I don't have one. That would be way harder. What I'm doing is hard enough for me right now)

I left at 7:30am and got home and finished cool down right before the down pour! Perfect timing. It was lightly raining my entire run.

Rest 1 minute

In this workout you move from each of five stations after 1 minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a 5 minute round from which a 1 minute break is allowed before repeating. At the beginning of each minute, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep.
