| | I ran for exactly 1 hour!!! Haven't done that in forever! I had no garmin. I'll drive it later to see exactly how far I went. I'm super slow now days. Ran up as far as the road goes, past Albion and down past water tank. Haven't done hills in a long time either. Just been running around home.
