HIIT mama workout for time: 24:07.53
100 lunges, 100 pushups (girl), 100 butterfly sit-ups, 100 squats
1 10 min mile (plus a little) on treadmill, way harder than the first!
Sweating bullets.
Why. Do. I. Ever. Quit???
when am i ever happy that I didn't workout and WHEN am i ever not happy that I did??!! I'll be freakin sore tomorrow!

18, 18, 31, 34, 40 and 48! Fun!
