| | mowed the lawn really fast. it's broken and REALLY hard to push.
Then worked in the yard for at least 3 hours. Trimming, weeding, moving white trash looking stuff to the side of the house, I edged the lawn with a tool you stand on. yeah. and I swept with big brooms till my hands were raw. Still have more to do. Pioneer trek family party this Sat night.

dropped lizzie off at 6:30 for road and finished cleaning the basement so Jane has a nice place to hang when she gets her wisdom teeth out tomorrow. so i didn't leave till 7:15. It took me 45 minutes and it was so hard for me. It felt really humid outside and my legs were just burning. It would be so much easier if I weighed less. Why can't I remember that when I'm eating cake. I ran around both parks, 3 big hills. My girls are downstairs watching American Ninja Warrior. I can't believe that show.

| | I ran up the side street of newcastle and clear up and down to the buffalo and all the way down alta canyon and up past key bank and up highland and home. I shouldn't have cause my right foot hurts more than ever. But it felt so good to run that route again.Will have to rest it next week.

| | I need a new garmin cause I ran, walked and hiked. I ran over to falcon and ran down the hill and walked up the hill and then ran down to the trail and hiked up it. 3 times up each hill/trail. Trying to cross train some cause my foot still hurts.
Moved Jane in to Helaman Halls today. spent all day down there. moving and shopping and going to lunch.

You'll never sweat so much in 10 minutes. I'm shaking and can't breathe.
I had a screamin headache from Jane leaving and I took excedrin and decided to clean till it went away so I could work out. I cleaned/organized/doing laundry like a crazy woman. I love it.
Gotta get ready to pick up liz and take her to get her license!
I'll try and go walk later tonight.
