kids were out of school so I took Cami and Josie to Lisa Falls and it was pretty but too short of a hike. We drove up to Alta and then kept driving to albion basin to the chair lifts and catherine pass trail head. I decided to hike to Catherine lake and we ended up going all the way to SUNSET PEAK! Josie complained most the way so I carried her at one point to the tippy top. Gorgeous view of Brighton, 3 lakes and Midway/heber started at 1:00 and got back to car at 3:45

| | Hike to Bells Canyon Waterfall with sisters and cousins! The lake was really so I didn't know how magnificent the waterfall would be but it was still awesome. Not a big as a few months ago. We hiked around 6 miles according to Ambers watch. They were all troopers!

| | Up at 5:30am to run with Margo and Deb. Left at 5:45. I really do like running this early but it's SO hard to get up that early unless I'm going to bed early. It's hard with teenagers. And actually ALL my kids like to talk a lot at bedtime. I know I need to cherish it. I'm sore. I need to up my mileage but I think I need to run every other day and do yoga other days cause I'm feeling old and I want to run for as long as I can.

| | 5:30 am run with deb and margo. Ran down to creek road and neighborhood north. Crestwood and a trail around there. It was a tough uphill run back. I hate that. I was so sore and tired that I went back to sleep after everyone left. Later I mowed the lawn (with a broken mower that's hard to push) and edged with a hand tool.

| | ran at 6am with MArgo and Deb. I ate a maple bar and too much rootbeer at party last night. I didn't want to get up and run but so glad I did. It was my bday present to me. Stake baptism and soccer games after that. Happy Halloween
