| | I probably shouldn't have done this but felt like I had too cause I can't control my eating. What is my problem?! Now I'm facing reality and thinking I need to rest my foot cause its not getting better. i also don't want to stop and rest because Lizzie is only running cause I'm waking her up and running with her and I'm so proud of her for doing it! But my foot health is most important. I'm writing this Monday after I ran 4 miles. So rest from now on.

| | Went road/mountain biking for first time with Jeff. It was harder than I thought it would be. The path was narrow and the rocks scared me. :)

| | Did Power yoga for 52 minutes and then hiked Red Pine Trail with everyone but Jane. 7 miles! 4 hours!!!!!! I love being up so high, the aspen trees, the shade. It was really hard for my kids (ages 5-15) and me but beautiful and worth it!

Walked a mile listening to scriptures. When I was halfway done with my walk I saw a couple running toward me who looked just like Lysa and Scott and I got so excited!!! But then it wasn't them. :(
