| | I was a bum today. Watched 2 episodes of Downtown Abbey and went to the mall with Jane, Cami and Josie. Ate japanese food at eatery before we shopped and we all split a piece of cheesecake from the factory at the end of shopping. Except Cami and Josie each had one teeny bite so....Jane and I ate most of it.

| | 55 minutes. run in the sun but cool temps! I love this weather! Ran around the parks again but ran extra around the top of flat iron and extra home. Somewhere around 5 miles. No garmin.

I know I worked out last Friday/Sat but can't remember what I did. Ran on treadmill and did squats and thrusters. Cami and Josie did it with me.
I was on pioneer trek all last week. It was awesome! Walked a whole bunch and did run a mile to the potties once. We did 15 miles thurs. The other days were around 5 each.

| | Left for yellowstone really early.
We did an hour and 1/2 long hike around yellowstone falls. We went around Toms trail or something and did the rreally long, steep stairs. Came back up and walked over to Artist Point. It was SO pretty! Loved this hike and scenery.
We swam in the firehole after this.
